10. USDT Payments
USDT payments must be sent to the wallet address and blockchain network specified by TooUps.
You are responsible for verifying:
- The wallet address
- The selected blockchain network
- The amount of USDT
- Network or gas fees
- Any exchange withdrawal fees
- The transaction details before confirming payment
Sending USDT through the wrong network or to the wrong wallet address may result in permanent loss.
Blockchain transactions are generally irreversible. TooUps may not be able to recover cryptocurrency sent incorrectly.
An order paid with USDT will be processed only after:
- The correct amount is received
- The transaction is confirmed on the required network
- Any necessary verification is completed
You must not send another cryptocurrency or token unless TooUps has provided written confirmation that it is accepted.
TooUps is not responsible for:

- Network congestion
- Wallet or exchange account restrictions
- Blockchain transaction fees
11. Prices, Currency and Fees

TooUps is not responsible for losses caused by incorrect refund wallet information provided by the customer.
29. Duplicate Payments

After verification, TooUps may:

Payment processor, bank, network, PayPal or currency conversion fees may be deducted where legally permitted.
